This role will provide support to Shared Services and its Project Management and Delivery Branch in a project set to focus on replacing legacy landline telephony systems with next-generation, network-based communications services that bundle VoIP telephone, Instant Messaging, Presence, and Desktop Videoconferencing, known as Workplace Communication Services (WCS).
