POSITION:     Sales – Commercial Plastic Packaging

LOCATION:   Winston-Salem / Hickory, NC

 

Plastic packaging solutions company is increasing their U.S. sales force and recruiting a Sales Rep for their North Carolina location.

 

These solutions are sold into various industries including; retail / e-commerce, automated warehouses, food and beverage, agriculture, pharmaceutical, chemical, paper / plastics, as well as others.

 

The company is looking for individuals that have shown sales success and can sell into a variety of the industries.

 

The person should be a motivated hunter who doesn’t take no as an answer and fights for their targeted customer sales.

 

Responsibilities

·        Sell commercial plastic products in to a variety of industries

·        Hunt new customers (90%)

·        Grow existing customers (10%)

·        Will be based in NC and cover Southeast region (NC, SC, Va, Ga)

·        Manage customer expectations

·        Work with other areas to provide quality of service delivery

·        Report to management on all stages of sales cycle

 

Requirements

·        Appropriate business degree or equivalent experience

·        Should plastic and/or packaging industry sales experienced

·        Have demonstrated ability to do business generation

·        Track record of achieving sales goals

·        Capable of creating a culture of success and goal achievement 

·        Knowledge of financial tracking, forecasting and reporting
