Base Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 per year + COMMISSION

 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales to lead and drive growth within our client's large-scale enterprise customer base. This key leadership role will focus on managing and developing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue expansion, and fostering strategic relationships with key Fortune 1000 clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, preferably with a background in tech/telecom.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead a team of Account Executives focused on growing and managing enterprise and global accounts, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within key enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Drive new business opportunities while ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels with existing customers.
  • Mentor and coach the sales team, providing guidance on sales strategies, negotiation tactics, and account management best practices.
  • Set performance goals, track team progress, and hold the team accountable for delivering results in terms of sales growth, customer retention, and revenue generation.
  • Manage key accounts, including developing strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive and relevant.
  • Oversee the development of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to ensure a consistent and compelling message to customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field 
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in telecommunications or technology industry 
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing enterprise accounts (Required)
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing sales teams (Required)
  • Experience working with Fortune 1000 clients and managing large, complex sales cycles 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex customer needs.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to build lasting relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and quickly respond to new opportunities.
