Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a talented mid-level Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Real Estate Practice Group in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated real estate attorney to engage in complex, high-value transactional work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing.
4–5 years of substantive experience in real estate transactional work.
Transactional Experience: Demonstrated background in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development of commercial real estate assets.
Experience handling real estate debt and/or equity transactions is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage and execute multiple complex transactions with precision and efficiency.
Thrives in a collaborative team setting, while also showing initiative and independence.
Soft Skills: Excellent legal writing, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sophisticated real estate deals including acquisitions, sales, development projects, and leasing agreements.
Work closely with institutional investors, developers, lenders, and corporate clients to structure and negotiate deals.
Advise clients on real estate finance and capital structuring, including joint ventures, mezzanine financing, and equity investment arrangements.
Collaborate with attorneys in tax, corporate, and finance groups to support complex deal structures.
Oversee title and survey review, zoning analysis, and the preparation of purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and closing materials.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $275,000 – $305,000, commensurate with experience.
