Our construction client near the Denver metro area is seeking a Quality Manager to lead all aspects of quality operations for a rapidly expanding MEP division. This group currently employs more than 100 professionals and is expected to double in size within the next two years. They design, manufacture, install, and integrate modular, self-contained systems supporting large-scale electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects across the region.

\nSchedule: Full-time, on-site (day shift, limited local travel) No Hybrid or No remote.
\nReports To: Vice President of Manufacturing / Operations
\nKey Responsibilities
\nDirect and oversee all quality operations for a modular construction and integration division.
\nMaintain and advance ISO certification, and manage ASME / AISC compliance programs.
\nImplement and continuously improve a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS).
\nLead and develop a team of quality inspectors and technicians across multiple sites. The quality team will likely grow to 5-6 people total.
\nPartner with engineering, project management, and field teams to ensure product compliance.
\nManage quality documentation: weld maps, test reports, inspection records, and acceptance data.
\nDrive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
\nChampion Lean principles and measurable performance metrics tied to division goals.
\nQualifications
\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
\n10+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing or construction environments.
\nStrong working knowledge of ISO, ASME, and AISC certification standards.
\nLean Manufacturing experience; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
\nProven ability to lead teams, improve systems, and communicate effectively across functions.
\nFinancial and analytical skills to support cost control and efficiency tracking.
