A highly regarded legal team is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Employment & Labor practice. This role focuses on employment counseling, regulatory compliance, and transactional support, with opportunities to work in a fast-paced advisory practice.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employment laws, statutory compliance, and workplace policies
  • Draft and negotiate executive employment and separation agreements
  • Provide counsel on the employment aspects of M&A transactions
  • Support clients with day-to-day employment and labor issues
  • Assist in employment-related litigation as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in employment counseling and transactional matters
  • Strong knowledge of employment law compliance and executive agreements
  • Litigation experience is a plus
  • Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Strong academic credentials from a recognized law school

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ($260,000 - $365,000) based on experience and location
