We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected law firm seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to support its Stuart office.  This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values precision, professionalism, and outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys and paralegals

  • Draft, proofread, and electronically file pleadings, motions, and correspondence

  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and client communications with accuracy and urgency

  • Serve as a professional liaison with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel

  • Maintain organized case files, process expenses, and assist with transcription and dictation

  • Anticipate attorney needs and help ensure case deadlines are met

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience supporting litigation in a law firm or legal office

  • Strong knowledge of pleadings, filings, and court procedures

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with iManage, Kofax/Nuance, or similar software a plus

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality

Preferred

  • Coursework or formal training in legal studies

  • Familiarity with litigation software and e-filing systems

This is a full-time role based onsite in Stuart, FL, with hybrid flexibility available.  Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.
