Hands on Engineering Director for MSP servicing SMBs
  • Remote (MT, CT or ET)
  • Base Salary Range (depending on experience) 150k-200k
  • Windows Infrastructure specialist
Primary Objectives
  • Top escalation point - you will own the responsibility of supporting L3 engineers
  • Incident commander coordinating with IR vendors
  • Process improvement for cybersecurity processes including 
  • Reliability, Performance, Security, Cost
  • Responsible for the end results of the project engineering
 
Required Experience & Skills
  • (some) MSP or Professional Services experience
  • Windows infrastructure expertise
  • Hyper-V, PowerShell, Global Policy
  • O365 on-prem to cloud conversation
  • Cybersecurity Incident Response
  • Process improvement implementation
  • Customer support skills
