  • Hybrid: 3 days in office - You choose which days each week.
  • Compensation (base + bonus): $260k - 300k

Responsibilities overview
 
  • Front Office Support including CLO Managers
  • Team Leadership of small, Agile team - Software engineers, BA, Scrum Master
  • Building and supporting private credit investment applications
  • Drive Digital Transformation: simplifying enterprise systems & architecture to include future system enhancements and process improvements
  • Strategic Alignment and Communication
  • Solution Design and Delivery
  • Architectural Oversight
  • Vendor and Partner Collaboration

 

Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years leading technical teams
  • Global oversight experience is a plus
  • Investment Management experience is absolutely required (Fixed income or Equity)
  • Portfolio Management Systems is a plus
  • Leadership: Proven ability to set direction, manage teams, and foster collaboration
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Communication: Strong skills in presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Global Experience: Ability to navigate and thrive in a multicultural, global environment
