NDT for Aerospace Experience Required
 
Will have full national responsibility for the NDT nondestructive testing multi-location business, which includes the financial performance, operations, customer relationships, and sales. He/she will provide leadership in formulating and implementing strategy for sustainable profitable growth.

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Provide exceptional leadership experience to direct, coach, mentor, and inspire national management team using a high level of integrity, enthusiasm, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·        Responsible for the development of non-destructive testing business development goals and objectives.
·        Utilize industry knowledge and expertise in the areas of market trends, customer pricing, operating efficiencies, and geographical status in order to foster budget objectives, growth, and profitability.
·        Promote customer interface through collaborative engagements by providing clear expectations, quality service and innovative technological abilities to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
·        Will support divisional growth and revenue;
·        Formulating the annual business plan and budget and monitoring adherence.
·        Oversee company’s Profit and Loss statements and economic performance.
·        In charge of employee retention, review, and individual development. Bringing a positive attitude.
·        Work closely with entire staff in order to maintain a safe and quality driven facilities and labs.
·        Responsible for implementing company policies and protocols and ensuring compliance.
·        Accountable for company’s safety performance.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

·       8 years or more experience working in NDT (non-destructive testing) services for the aerospace industry.
·        Prior experience in a General Management role. 
·        Prior experience in the Nondestructive Testing (NDT) industry is required.
·        High level of integrity and honesty in order to develop, build, and maintain relationships across all levels of the company and its divisions, customers, etc.
·        A strong background in Radiography.
·        4-Year College Degree is required.
·        Exceptional and effective communication skills with the ability to mitigate emotional customer and employee situations.
·        Must be legally authorized to work in the United States currently and indefinitely without sponsorship. 
 
Desired Background and Experience:
Multilocation experience preferred
Prior or current level III NDT certification and/or API certification is highly preferred
Managing P&L day-to-day budgets and spend
Bachelors degree Engineering or Business
