Role Overview:

As the Plant Manager, you will be instrumental in selecting and building a dedicated team, establishing an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture, and overseeing all aspects of plant operations. Post-construction, you will lead the facility’s operations and contribute to the expansion and replication of our production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage and optimize daily plant operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.

·        Build strong, collaborative relationships with team members.

·        Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational productivity and plant performance.

·        Drive innovation and leverage technological advancements in production processes.

·        Guide the team through changes with agility and effective leadership.

·        Utilize industrial engineering knowledge to streamline processes and improve production flow.

Qualifications:

·        Proven experience in plant management and industrial engineering.

·        Strong understanding of production processes and operations management.

·        A passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement.

·        Experience with patina finishing processes is a plus.
