- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in medical device sales or relevant fields
- Must live near a major US airport
- Experience and interest in the laparoscopic and/or surgical robotics space. Specific soft tissue (general, gynecologic, urologic, thoracic) surgery experience/exposure preferred
- Extensive time spent in the operating room supporting surgeons
- Strong network within regional and national US health systems
- Self-starter with ability to function in a rapidly evolving startup environment
- Ability to switch between strategic and tactical roles
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills with tools like Notion, Slack, and Salesforce
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to meet job responsibilities

PRODUCTS:
The company developed the minimalistic system as a two-armed robotic surgical assistant that can aid a surgeon by holding or manipulating tissues in laparoscopic surgery. The system was designed to be more flexible and affordable than other currently-available robotic platforms. The system is placed opposite the surgeon and provides the surgeon with two arms that can be manually moved and locked in place. It is compatible with standard laparoscopic cameras and instruments
Call Points: Urology, General, Thoracic and GYN
Territory: Based out of the Southeast
COMPENSATION:
Base: 175-200K at plan (uncapped when they commercialize), car allowance or mileage reimbursement, full expenses, equity at sign-on, 401K, medical/dental, etc.
