About the Role:We are hiring mid-level and senior backend engineers to build an AI-powered platform revolutionizing workflows in radiology. You will design and develop scalable infrastructure that powers our core product, enabling radiologists to work more efficiently and double their productivity.

As part of the team, you will work on:

• Architecting and managing scalable cloud infrastructure for real-time image segmentation and other AI-driven features.

• Building secure multi-tenant cloud environments.

• Developing key services to handle large-scale image scan data.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.

• Build efficient solutions for serving large image datasets in real-time.

• Configure and scale secure multi-tenant cloud infrastructure.

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD systems.

• Document and maintain RESTful APIs.

Job Requirements:

• 2–8 years of experience as a backend or infrastructure engineer.

• Proficiency in Python and experience with common web frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django).

• Expertise in deploying and managing web services using Linux, Terraform, CSPs (Google Cloud, AWS), and containers (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).

• Experience with Postgres and designing infrastructure components at scale.

• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and build system management.

• Willing to work 5 days a week on-site in San Francisco.

• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in image processing or building agentic AI systems.
