Our client is seeking a dedicated Business/Estate Administration Paralegal to join their collaborative and high-performing team in Mobile, Alabama. In this role, you'll work closely with seasoned Business attorneys, supporting a diverse range of estate administration and business transactions. What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate on the preparation of contracts, wills, trusts, and probate filings.
  • Draft, organize, and manage estate planning, trust administration, and real estate documentation.
  • Obtain essential documents and records from clients, as well as state and local agencies.
  • Communicate with probate courts regarding estate administration and deed recording.
  • Provide direct client support by gathering information, scheduling, and delivering documents.
  • Take ownership of files, ensuring organized schedules and timely project completion.
  • Maintain professionalism in client interactions, whether in-person, via phone, or virtually.
  • Accurately record billable time daily and review/edit billing proformas monthly.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively, delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED (a four-year degree and/or paralegal certification preferred).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal in business/corporate law (bankruptcy experience is a plus).
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems.
  • Strong technology skills, with experience using electronic resources and legal support software.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with meticulous proofreading abilities.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
