Lead CNC Machinist

Join our dynamic team in Charlotte as a Lead CNC Machinist, where your expertise will drive the precision and quality of our manufacturing processes. We are seeking a seasoned professional who will take charge of setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, specifically Haas and Fadal machines, to produce components of varying sizes and complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret detailed blueprint drawings to accurately set up CNC machinery.
Operate CNC equipment to machine parts with precision and efficiency.
Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs to enhance production processes.
Mentor and assist junior machinists, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in CNC machining and programming.
Proficiency with Haas and Fadal CNC mills and lathes.
Strong understanding of blueprint interpretation and geometric dimensions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This role requires on-site presence, offering an opportunity to contribute directly to our production excellence. Please note that interview expenses will not be covered.
