Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $200,000/year
  • Total Compensation Range: $350,000–$400,000/year

Role Highlights:This is a high-visibility, strategic position focused on driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and building strong client relationships across diverse industries. You will oversee North American sales efforts, craft impactful strategies, and directly contribute to the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales objectives with broader company goals.
  • Lead and mentor the North American Sales and Business Development team.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level leaders to understand and address their cybersecurity needs.
  • Oversee sales forecasts, achieve ambitious targets, and negotiate long-term strategic contracts.
  • Optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and results.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of enterprise sales experience (Extensive Professional Services is a MUST), consistently exceeding annual sales targets.
  • 10+ years of executive-level U.S. sales management experience.
  • Proven success in driving growth within the security or cybersecurity services/products industry.
  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Visionary leadership, self-motivation, and a passion for technology and team development.
