Lead Software Developer

Our client is seeking a Lead .NET Software Developer to design and implement software solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers to design, code, compile, troubleshoot, and test application code to successfully deliver project-based work

• Maintenance and support of existing applications

• Work and collaborate with Scrum team members to understand and analyze requirements to deliver quality solutions that fit business needs in a timely fashion

• Participate in design sessions and Scrum ceremonies

• Monitor, debug, and refactor code to improve performance of software solutions

• Develop documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Support, coach, and mentor other software developers

Mandatory Technical Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience

• Leadership experience

• C#, ASP.NET Core

• WebAPI, REST

• MVC

• HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON, Bootstrap, jQuery

• Entity Framework

• OAuth

• Microsoft SQL Server 2016+ (T-SQL)

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Messaging Architectures (RabbitMq)

• Mediator

• AutoMapper

• VueJS/Angular/React

• IIS

• Scrum Methodology

• Distributed Design Systems (SOA/Microservices)

• DevOps (CI/CD)

• Active Directory

Experience:

• Minimum ten (10) years .NET core development

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Scrum experience is desirable
