Must have a minimum (2) years of plant EHS experience (safety focused role) with the ability to hit the ground running. Bachelor degree highly preferred in a related field with plant level, safety experience.
Design, develop, implement, and oversee the site’s EHS programs and procedures to safeguard employees and to ensure the facility is in compliance with regulations. Sole safety professional for the plant. Investigates accidents and promotes safety conscious work performance and training programs; proves safety performance measures; responsible for delivery of professional safety activities and determines root cause analyses. Environmental compliance will include spray booths, water runoff and storage containers.
