Job Description

Join the Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith team.
Handle Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters.
Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions, and participating in arbitrations/trials.

Qualifications

Qualifications

JD from an accredited Law School.
Admitted to practice in PA; admission to the NJ bar is a plus.
At least 5+ years of significant experience in related fields.
Proficiency in drafting coverage opinions involving first-party breach of contract and/or third-party liability claims and related bad faith issues.
