Our client, a leading international legal services firm, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their Marketing and Business Development team. Position Overview:This role will be the Business Development Lead for two practice areas—Insurance and Labor/Employment Law. A significant portion of your responsibilities will involve proposal writing, RFP responses, and pitch development for both new prospects and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be tech-savvy, and be adept at analyzing data and asking the right questions to produce high-quality, error-free work.
You’ll collaborate closely with practice group leaders, attorneys, and administrative departments to ensure all business development projects align with client needs and firm goals. While the role is internally focused, you’ll serve as a vital resource for the firm's internal teams, working primarily on knowledge management, proposal development, and process improvement.
