Manufacturing Quality Assurance Supervisor

• Three plus yrs of manufacturing engineering experience, three plus yrs of quality experience in a metal manufacturing environment and three plus yrs of engineering design experience is a requirement
• Pay is up to $75,000
• This position is first shift up to 55 weekly which can include Saturdays
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• This position is onsite and not remote
• Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

• Located in the Franksville, Wisconsin area

This full time, permanent Supervisor of Quality Assurance is at an employee-owned, debt-free machined metal product job shop. The company has consistent growth and has not had a layoff since 2008. Employee tenure is ten years as the employees are valued and treated like family. Employees are not bored here as there is a lot of variety to the work a person can be doing. The company is growing and employee career growth is unlimited here. Several of the members of the top management of the company started as laborers on the shopfloor.

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Managing up to 30 employees
• Supervising the floor inspectors
• Supervising the benchwork department
• Working with PPAP, ISO, NDT, Six Sigma and quality audits
• Working first shift up to 55 weekly which can include Saturdays

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• Three years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Three years of quality experience in a metal manufacturing environment
• Three years of engineering design experience
• Experience with PPAP, ISO, NDT, and quality audits
• Possess the ability to work first shift up to 55 weekly which can include Saturdays
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45-minutes
