Our established and valued client is expanding their team and looking to identify and hire a Project Coordinator to join their organization on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be based in Baton Rouge, LA and will be required to work onsite.

Our client is a premier engineering based cost segregation provider, a rapidly growing company and one of the largest in its field in the US.


  • Manage projects from inception to delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients and related parties to collect and analyze data necessary for project completion.
  • Communicate with clients on the status of projects on a routine basis.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of completed study results.
  • Analyze completed study results for clear demonstration to client.


  • Ideal candidate with have a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or experience providing project or administrative support/coordination to support business or client operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to clients and internal team members via in-person, phone, email, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle large project load with competing priorities.
  • Strong focus on team work and providing exemplary customer service.
