Job Description

As an Employment Law Attorney, you will:

Advise clients on employment law compliance, workplace policies, and risk management.
Represent clients in administrative proceedings and State or Federal Court.
Provide training on employment law regulations, workplace conduct, and legal updates.
Negotiate labor agreements and handle dispute resolutions.
Collaborate with a team of dedicated legal professionals to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

Be a licensed attorney in New York State.
Have 2+ years of recent experience in labor and employment law.
Possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
