Job Description

The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including:

Reviewing and analyzing title reports, surveys, and related documents.
Preparing and coordinating documents for purchases, sales, financings, and leasing transactions.
Assisting with due diligence processes, including reviewing zoning and other municipal documentation.
Drafting correspondence and transactional documents.
Managing deadlines and transaction schedules to ensure timely completion.
Coordinating with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
Maintaining organized files and transaction records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
Solid experience with title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
