Hybrid role based in St. Louis, MO – enjoy flexibility while maintaining connection to an in-office team.

Job Description

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from intake to resolution.
  • Conduct initial client consultations, case evaluations, and strategy planning.
  • Gather, review, and analyze evidence including medical records and police reports.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
  • Negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with the litigation team on cases progressing to trial.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Missouri Bar license; Illinois license preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience handling personal injury cases.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
