Travel logistics include, but not limited to, obtaining permissions to carry devices through TSA security checkpoints and other agencies, coordinating with customs brokers to ensure hand carried devices are able to clear customs (international), organizing shipment of the devices (if needed), staying in contact with study sites to ensure that receipt of devices are confirmed, etc.
Attention to detail is a defining characteristic for success in this role.
· Effectively manage clinical calendar to reflect scheduled case, training prior to case, travel details, etc.
· Work directly with TSA and other government agencies to ensure safe passage through security checkpoints. Complete proper documentation for travelers.
· Work directly with the company's customs agencies and broker to ensure personnel and goods are admitted back to the United States with appropriate permissions.
· Travel management: schedule flights (domestic and international), hotel accommodations (field team and physicians), ground transportation as needed
· Ability to provide support outside of normal work hours when needed.
· On-call for tracking and rebooking flight cancelations as needed.
Regular, predictable attendance is a requirement of this position.

· Expert in Microsoft, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe preferred.

· Experience writing, reviewing, proofreading, and editing.
· Accurate and detail-oriented.
