Our mid-sized client is adding a passionate and high-energy Director of Business Development to expand their national footprint. If you're a proven closer with a strategic mindset, experience in Urology, and a strong grasp of partnership contracts — we want to talk to you.

Our client provides state-of-the-art mobile healthcare services focused on advanced urology technologies — including shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL), laser lithotripsy (URS), and MR fusion biopsy. Their model is innovative, cost-effective, and deeply valued by hospitals and physician partners alike. You’ll be the face of that value, bringing impactful solutions to providers and their patients.

Your role with the company:

  • Drive New Business: Identify, qualify, and close deals with hospitals and physician groups across all service lines. You’ll present clinical and financial business models that make sense — and get signatures.
  • Contract Pro: Lead negotiations, revise and present proformas, and manage subscription agreements for new and existing partnerships.
  • Expand Existing Accounts: Dive deep into partnership health — renew contracts, renegotiate terms, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strategic Collaborator: Work closely with leadership and operations to implement partnership strategies, align performance metrics, and drive long-term success.
  • Data-Driven Seller: Leverage Salesforce to track pipelines, update forecasts, and report performance metrics.
  • Partnership Builder: Represent the company at trade shows and conferences, and build relationships with key decision makers in the urology space.

Desired profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of B2B sales success in medical devices, mobile services, or related healthcare sectors
  • Experience in Urology sales highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success working with physician groups, hospitals, and partnership/contract-based sales models
  • A strategic thinker and confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact roles
  • Knowledge of hospital purchasing and healthcare decision-making processes is a plus
  • Willingness to travel 50–75% (nationally)
  • High-impact role with direct access to executive leadership
  • Be part of a team that’s reshaping how healthcare reaches patients
