Our client, a successful niche player in the high-end aerospace market, needs a Marketing Manager.  You will play a critical role in the department’s success by creatively and efficiently navigating the completion of deliverables for multichannel and global marketing campaigns and product launches on time and within budget. You will report to the Director of Product Management & Marketing.  In collaboration with the Director, internal cross-functional teams and external vendors, you will create the department’s annual strategic objectives and achieve the multi-year vision and mission of corporation.

What you will be doing:

·   Cover all aspects of marketing, in order to ensure a balanced approach that considers the goals of ongoing Marketing Campaigns, the brand guidelines, and the annual budget, the Marketing Manager will holistically manage all tradeshows, digital media publishing, and quarterly advertising/editorial calendar.

·   Manage the creation of new marketing materials and updates to existing material, including sales materials, the website, emails, advertisements, white papers, brochures, videos and newsletters.

·   Champion marketing campaigns and lead cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales and Engineering) to develop marketing content, execute plans and analyze effectiveness.

·   Develop and execute comprehensive, multichannel marketing strategies for products and services through a variety of tactics, including websites, advertisements, trade shows, social media, etc.

·   Supervise the Product Marketing Specialist

·   Manage third party vendors to assign work and ensure material delivery within timelines and budget.

·   Ability to travel 10% to trade shows and for training

·   Develop and maintain brand standards and ensure all company materials adhere to brand guidelines.

·   Develop and manage annual advertising and editorial calendar.

·   Manage monthly department performance metrics.

·   Develop and accomplish short and long-term objectives to fulfill multi-year company Vision and Mission.

·   Obtain, analyze and communicate information relevant to their markets and competitors to assist in accurate identification of marketing opportunities and growth strategies.

·   Collaboratively develop marketing strategies and campaigns with multiple international partners.

What they are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager role, covering all facets of marketing (NOT a specialist in one aspect of marketing)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams (internal and external)
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
  • Capable of setting goals, creating metrics, and successfully executing plans to achieve goals
  • Experience in B2B manufacturing or aerospace environment
  • Technical writing expertise
  • Google Ads experience
  • Proficiency in WordPress
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience
  • Social media advertising experience
  • Project Management training and/or certification
