Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead all accounting and finance functions, ensuring GAAP compliance, strong internal controls, and strategic financial support for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations, reconciliations, and month-end, quarterly, and year-end closes

• Coordinate external audits and prepare PBC schedules

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses

• Implement and maintain accounting policies and internal controls

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 10+ years of accounting experience

• CPA preferred; strong GAAP knowledge

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience

• ERP experience (Infor, Dynamics, SAP, etc.)
