Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue through new customer acquisition and the expansion of existing customer relationships. The position requires experience in medical device sales or aesthetic capital equipment sales, strong account management skills, and an organized approach to territory management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, including surgeons, physicians, aesthetic professionals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Conduct product demonstrations, provide training, and deliver post-sale support to customers.
  • Present value propositions, ROI analysis, and relevant market trends during sales engagements.
  • Manage sales activity through accurate pipeline updates and CRM records.
  • Monitor territory performance and manage to established KPIs.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve customer needs and ensure high service levels.
  • Stay informed on competitive products, industry trends, and technology developments.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Follow all company compliance guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in medical devices or aesthetic capital equipment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong skills in account management and customer relationship development.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software (such as Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory; some overnight travel required.
