We're looking for someone with a robust background in project and contract administration who can seamlessly coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Location: San JoseSalary: $85,000 – $100,000Remote Option: NoWork Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in project/contract administration, particularly in construction.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Demonstrated job stability and reliability.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the go-to person for project-related information and maintain open lines of communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Support Project Managers in organizing and tracking project documentation.
  • Manage subcontractor logs, project tracking, and ensure all necessary documentation such as certificates of insurance and change orders are up to date.
  • Coordinate mail requirements and assist in preparing and tracking bid documents.
  • Set up and maintain comprehensive job filing systems and assist in project close-outs.
  • Handle permits and other regulatory documents, becoming proficient in online processes.

Interview Process: Two rounds followed by an offer. This is a replacement hire, with opportunities for cross-training with the current team member.
