Job Duties:1. Core Responsibilitiesa. Manage general ledger, journal entries, credit card reconciliationb. Prepare accounts payable invoicesc. Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing expense reports d. Handle payments in a timely manner for all entities e. Ensure images of invoice supporting documents are timely and accurately performedf. Run biweekly payablesg. Assist with debit card auditsh. Balance and provide resident personal spending funds information in a timely manneri. Distribute resident funds via Debit Card Programj. Communicate Quarterly projects for Total Care Property Management with CPAsk. Run weekly audit reportsl. Perform internal credit card reconciliation through concur applicationm. Collect funds and fill vending machine n. Complete monthly closing tasks for CPAs including:a. Aging reportsb. Balance intercompany accounts & Split o. Oversee expense reports through Concur for Coordinated Care Professional Services, LLC. and Total Care Property Managementp. Ensure credits are received for outstanding memos q. Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expert reports and recording entries r. Set up access to Concur and Debit card portal for new support and management staffs. Refrain from disclosing Confidential Information, including but not limited to information relating to rates and/or billing and other obligations memorialized in the Confidentiality and HIPAA Privacy Agreement attached.2. Effective Teamwork & Communicationa. Maintain a positive, open relationship with support team and managementb. Educate, train, and advocate for all Flatrock Manor residents’ rightsc. Complete any additional task assigned from the Human Resources Director3. Requirementsa. Two years of Accounts Payable experience (Preferred)b. Proficient in QuickBooks Online c.
