Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic sales manager who has experience in the healthcare/allied health staffing.   The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.  Our services include locum tenens, temp/contract and direct hire.   We service facilities nationwide

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing solutions, including travel nurse, allied health and local direct hire staffing solutions. 
  2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about our staffing services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients.
  4. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
  5. Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new business, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
  6. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  7. Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Networking: Actively participate in industry events,  and professional associations to expand your network and represent the company.
  9. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and opportunities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  10. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager and management team.
  11. Lastly, you may be obligated to share your animal friend on a team zoom call at some point. :)

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales within the medical staffing industry
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry, recruitment, and employment trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Must have access to wi-fi and phone service.

Location: While this role is remote, ideal candidate will be able to work in the Central and Eastern timezones.
