💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Room patients, take vitals and administer injections
  • Assist with in-office procedures (suture removal, post-op care)
  • Help prepare patients for minor surgical procedures
  • Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a clinical environment
  • Utilize an EHR daily for scheduling, documentation, and communication.  Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is plus!
  • Act as the communication hub between surgeons, OR staff, patients, and insurance providers
  • Provide compassionate support to patients by clearly explaining surgical prep and answering scheduling-related questions

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of patient scheduling or surgery scheduling experience in a medical or surgical facility.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant.

  • Experience in a surgical setting or assisting with in-office procedures is a plus
  • Hands-on experience utilizing an EHR System.  Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus!

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Professional, calm, and friendly demeanor under pressure.

  • A willingness to learn new skills and contribute to the team!
  • High school diploma or GED required, additional medical office training a plus.
