We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility located in a suburb of Philadelphia. 
 
Job Qualifications/Job Duties
  • Candidates must be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in PA.
  • The LNHA must have a BS or BA degree.
  • At least 1 year of Administrator experience.
  • Monitor nursing center financial reports and implements corrective action as required.
  • Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
  • Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers
Compensation
  • We offer a salary of 130k to 145k.
  • Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision, Company-paid life insurance, 401K, Paid Time Off.
