🧩 What You’ll Do:

As part of a lean, high-performance finance team, you’ll work on critical projects that drive decision-making and support the company’s strategic goals:

• Assist with weekly rolling cash flow and liquidity forecasts
• Develop monthly and quarterly financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze and explain key drivers of financial performance across regions
• Support the strategic planning process through financial modeling and market research
• Generate insightful ad-hoc reports and dashboards
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and automate processes

🎓 What You Bring:

• B.S. / B.A. in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred
• 1–2 years of professional experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or public accounting
• Strong Excel skills required; Power BI or other visualization tools preferred
• ERP system experience a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and project skills
• Knowledge of US GAAP and budgeting/forecasting tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
