Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their team and support defense litigation attorneys in a dynamic hybrid work environment. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial
• Managing legal documents, discovery, evidence, and exhibits
• Drafting subpoenas and coordinating with records custodians
• Conducting research, jury verdict analysis, and background checks
• Preparing medical chronologies and Howell analyses
• Collaborating with experts, clients, and opposing counsel
• Organizing trial binders and demonstrative evidence
• Participating in voir dire, jury selection, and trial support
• Meeting a 1500-hour annual billable target

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience (defense litigation preferred)
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited school (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with California Code of Civil Procedure and FRCP
• Experience with trial preparation and support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, multitasking, and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with timekeeping and billing systems
