SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking an a highly motivated Postmortem Outside Sales Executive to join a client’s expanding team in the Midwest. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of the business in the Postmortem drug testing space. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales within the forensic investigation, postmortem analysis, or related sectors, with a strong network and deep understanding of the healthcare and mortuary industries. This is a field-based position with a focus on expanding our presence in the Midwest, with plans for national growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for Medical Examiners, Coroners, and related clients, building long-lasting, trust-based relationships.
· Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for Postmortem drug testing, ensuring client satisfaction and sales growth.
· Utilize your existing network, conduct cold calls, and research to identify and target new prospects in the healthcare and mortuary sectors.
· Close new business opportunities, and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
· Support the sales process by preparing proposals, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams for product delivery and service fulfillment.
· Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline information in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
· Work closely with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
· Focus on the Midwest region initially, with the opportunity to expand to a national level as the business grows.
· Assist clients by explaining the benefits and technical aspects of Oral Fluid drug testing, and educate them on new products and services that may be relevant to their needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, etc.).
· 5 years of successful experience selling in the forensic investigation, postmortem analysis, or related sectors within healthcare or drug testing.
· Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to travel 75%+ of the time, including overnight stays.
· Established relationships in the Postmortem space or similar healthcare sectors.
· Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
· Must have vaccination or be in the process of getting the Covid-19 vaccine.
· Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
