Skills

-Ideally, a BS with an Engineering focus,  but we value experience similarly

-Prior leadership experience with direct or indirect reports.

-Experience with applications, sales, or customer-focused engineering with an OEM.

-Ability to read, interpret, and occasionally make slight changes to 2D drawings
