Job Description

  • Support attorneys and executives with estate planning, trust administration, and related legal matters
  • Prepare and organize legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related filings
  • Coordinate with CPAs, wealth advisors, and external legal counsel
  • Maintain highly confidential records and ensure legal compliance
  • Provide administrative support and manage legal communications
  • Assist with corporate governance and documentation as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wills, trusts, and estates law
  • Strong background in trust and estate planning, probate, and legal document preparation
  • Experience working in a law firm or private trust environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with high-net-worth or international estate structures is a plus
