Job Description

  • Generate and close new commercial insurance business within targeted markets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to pursue industry-specific opportunities
  • Provide expert advice on Property & Casualty coverage and risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, quoting, and closing
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships across various sectors
  • Achieve or exceed activity and revenue production goals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in agency systems

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance sales
  • Strong working knowledge of P&C coverage options and risk management principles
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • High level of motivation and discipline to build a personal book of business
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with regional markets (MS Gulf Coast, Mobile/Baldwin Counties) is a plus
