My medical device client is expanding and seeks an Education Director.

The ideal candidate will manage the field-based sales and marketing efforts targeted at MD Fellows.

 

The ideal candidate will take on the following tasks: 

  • Develop plans to expand utilization of the device across Fellows.
  • In targeted accounts, educate Fellows on the clinical evidence demonstrating device efficacy.
  • Drive device adoption by developing consultative relationships with Fellows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and drive utilization of tools and programs targeted at Fellows.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of consultative selling experience in medical devices, biotech, or pharma.
  • Experience in developing a market, including sales strategy development, key tactics, execution, and performance metrics required.
  • Ability to work autonomously and travel 50-80%.
