Impactful Mission: Help sustain and grow a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing community wellness, education, and recreation.
Diverse Financial Management: Oversee multiple properties, projects, and grant-funded programs, ensuring sustainable growth and strategic resource allocation.
Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside passionate executives, program managers, and community leaders to drive financial excellence and operational success.

Financial Leadership & Strategy: Develop and oversee financial strategies, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to drive fiscal sustainability.
Accounting & Compliance: Ensure adherence to GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Optimize cash flow, manage banking relationships, and oversee financial planning.
Grants & Cost Management: Monitor grant budgets and reporting, implement cost-control initiatives, and provide financial insights to maximize efficiency.
Team Development & Collaboration: Lead financial staff, provide training, and work cross-functionally with department heads to enhance financial literacy across the organization.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s or CPA preferred), with 5+ years of accounting experience (preferably in nonprofit or multi-entity management) and 3+ years of leadership experience.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial software used for scheduling and reservations.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting, compliance, and tax regulations.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze financial data, develop insights, and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to mentor staff, foster collaboration, and communicate financial information effectively.
Salary: Starting at $75,000+ (commensurate with experience)
