MRT Maintenance Scheduler

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for aviation maintenance? We are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to coordinate and manage maintenance activities for our Mobile Repair Teams (MRT) and Remote Hangar Facility. This is a critical role in ensuring our maintenance operations run efficiently, resources are properly allocated, and customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all MRT maintenance events, including operations at our Buckhannon facility.
  • Work closely with maintenance teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient task execution.
  • Manage and communicate schedule changes with all relevant personnel.
  • Oversee transportation logistics for Mobile Repair Teams.
  • Coordinate and track the shipping and return of tool sets, including inventory management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of parts requests to support maintenance activities.
  • Expedite the scheduling and return of reworked components.
  • Keep customers informed on work progress and completion timelines.
  • Ensure expedited invoicing upon job completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts, and inventory.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance operations.

What You Bring to the Team:

Proven Experience as a Maintenance Scheduler or in a similar role.✅ Strong Knowledge of maintenance processes and scheduling best practices.✅ Excellent Organizational & Time Management Skills to handle multiple priorities.✅ Ability to Communicate Effectively with technicians, management, and customers.✅ Proficiency in Maintenance Management Software and office applications.✅ Attention to Detail to ensure accurate tracking of maintenance tasks and resources.✅ High School Diploma or Equivalent (Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field is a plus).
