Our client is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Manager who brings ownership, fresh ideas, and a passion for supporting people. 

 

You will...

  • Lead payroll processing for all employees and ensure every paycheck is correct and on time
  • Process new hires, terminations, and changes while maintaining accurate, confidential employee files and HRIS data
  • Serve as the primary resource for payroll and benefits questions
  • Manage health insurance, retirement plans, leave programs, and HRIS changes from start to finish
  • Stay ahead of changing laws, maintain internal controls, perform routine audits, and partner with external auditors
 
You will have...
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of payroll/benefits experience
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism with confidential information
