THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:We are looking for a strategic U.S. Sales Manager to lead our national business development efforts. If you have a strong background in aviation sales and a passion for building client relationships, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our flight simulator training services.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Full Flight Simulator (FFS) training solutions sales with a strong understanding of flight simulation training, pilot training programs, and airline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to expand AFG's market presence and achieve revenue goals.
· Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with commercial airlines, private operators, and other aviation-related organizations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and business development opportunities.
· Work closely with company operations team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
· Represent AFG at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company’s reach.
· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations, training standards, and industry developments.
