Job Title: Registered Nurse

Salary: $65k-95k

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure the highest quality of patient care.

Responsibilities:- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician- Monitor and record patient vital signs- Educate patients and their families on health management- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems- Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as needed

Requirements:- Valid Registered Nurse license- Prior experience in critical care or hospital medicine preferred- Proficiency in Athenahealth or similar electronic medical record systems- Strong anatomy knowledge and clinical skills- Ability to lift and move patients safely- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of primary care principles and practices
