A highly profitable licensee/seller of collectible gold and silver coins and gold as a commodity are looking for a Sales Coordinator/Executive Assistant to assist with running the business and managing communications with the 3 Partners The dress code is casual-jeans OK. The office is one block from Route 10 near Hooper Avenue. Parking is provided. There 3 separate companies at the location with 45 employees. The role is hybrid-Monday-Thursday in office, Fridays remote.

 

 

About the Job:

¨     Act as liaison with attorneys

¨     Point of contact with the design team

¨     Collaborate with product developer

¨     Track progress of samples

¨     Coordinate photo shoots

¨     Process purchase orders

¨     Create weekly sales reports

¨     Send updates to the 3 Partners

¨     Assist with researching current copyright infringements online and follow up after they have been contacted by attorneys to make sure they are no longer selling

¨     Screen incoming phone calls delivering detailed, timely messages to the appropriate parties

¨     Schedule internal and external meetings

 

About You:

¨     Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related support position

¨     BA/BS from a college or university a plus

¨     Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

¨     Dynamic and proactive

¨     Enjoys research

¨     Able to work independently

¨     Outstanding communication skills
