The Opportunity:

This newly created Accounting Manager position will focus on managing core financial reporting functions—allowing existing leadership to shift focus to high-level initiatives. You'll work closely with the Controller and current accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting, while identifying ways to improve processes and support the business through insightful analysis.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements

  • Assist with subsidiary-level reporting and internal financial packages

  • Act as a liaison for external auditors, coordinating documentation and data

  • Leverage data from NetSuite to produce clear and reliable reports

  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and reports that inform business decisions

  • Partner with the Controller to improve internal reporting processes and controls

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting

  • Experience working with external auditors and preparing consolidated statements

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)

  • Excellent analytical thinking, organization, and communication

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system preferred

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Note: CPA and SEC reporting experience are not required for this role.

Team Structure:

You’ll report to the Controller and work alongside:

  • Another Accounting Manager

  • Two Senior Accountants

  • One Staff Accountant

  • One AP Specialist

Work Environment & Perks:

This is a hybrid position based in the Perimeter area. Expect to be in the office at least 3 days/week, with 4 days/week onsite during initial onboarding. Perks include:
