About the Role
Our client is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their manufacturing team in Louisville, KY. This position requires hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC laser jet, and HMI systems. Candidates should have a strong background in electrical work, including up to 240 volts, and the ability to troubleshoot PLCs.
Key Responsibilities
\nTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
\nPerform maintenance and repair on CNC laser jet equipment
\nDiagnose and repair issues with PLC and HMI systems
\nExecute preventative maintenance and minimize machine downtime
\nPerform electrical work up to 240 volts safely and efficiently
\nSupport production operations to ensure optimal machine performance
\nRead and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
\nMaintain accurate maintenance and repair records
\nCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability
\nQualifications/Requirements
\nAssociate’s degree in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
\n2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
\nStrong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
\nExperience with CNC and PLC troubleshooting required
\nAbility to read electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics
\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\nWillingness to work first or third shift as assigned
